Understanding Pixels and Sales Channels

Sales Channels shows you where your ticket revenue actually comes from: your promoters, your venue profile, and your marketing across every platform. Pixels are what plug your ad platforms into that picture.

What pixels do in Guestii

Connect your Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Google Tag, and Guestii fires them across your pages on Guest Line. Every visit, ad arrival, checkout and purchase is tracked and attributed, both in your ad platforms for optimising your campaigns, and inside Guestii in your Sales Channels report.

Guestii sends events server-side through each platform's conversions API as well as through the browser, so your tracking holds up even where browser tracking falls short.

  • Promoters: sales driven through your promoters' links on Guest Line

  • Venue: sales from guests who found you through your venue and event profiles

  • Marketing: sales driven by your ads, tracked through your connected pixels

  • Venue: applies across your venue profile, covering everything you run

  • Event: applies to that event. On recurring events, your pixels carry across every instance, so your weekly night keeps its tracking without any resetting
