Promoters & Hosts

Promo teams have structure in the real world: someone runs the crew, and the crew answers to them. Promoters and Hosts bring that structure into Guestii, so your account matches how your promo actually operates.
The two types
When you create a promoter, you choose their type:
Promoter: invites guests to your events and manages their own list. This is your standard promoter, working their network night to night
Host: manages crews of promoters within your organisation, giving you one point of accountability for the whole team
Crews
A crew is a group of promoters managed by a Host, and crews are set up per venue, so a Host running promo at two of your venues has a separate crew at each.
Open a Host and head to the Crews tab to build theirs: search your promoters and add them to the crew. A promoter can only sit in one crew, and promoters already in a crew are marked when you try to add them, so there's never any ambiguity about who answers to who.
How the hierarchy plays out
Attribution still works at the individual level. Every guest is attributed to the promoter who brought them, so individual performance stays clean. The crew sits on top: crew numbers roll up to the Host, which is what makes crew-based campaigns possible, where a Host can earn on their crew's performance while each promoter earns on their own. See Host Commissions and Hierarchies.
Building your structure
Create Hosts and Promoters from your Team section, choosing the type during creation, then build each Host's crews from their profile. See Adding Promoters and Hosts.
