Managing requests

The Requests tab is where every guest-initiated request for your event lands: guest list requests, booth requests and birthday requests, all waiting on your call.

What you'll see

The top of the tab shows your totals at a glance: total requests, how many are pending, and how many guests are on the waitlist.

Each request shows the guest's name, phone number, requested date and party size, plus the package they've requested where relevant, such as a birthday package. Type and status badges tell you what kind of request it is and where it stands. Use search to find a specific request quickly.

Filtering requests

Filter your requests two ways:

  • Status: Pending, Approved or Declined

  • Type: Guest list, Booth, Birthday or Waitlist

Keep the Pending filter on during the week and work the list down to zero before doors.

Where requests come from

Guests send requests from your event's public page on Guest Line. Guest list requests are available whenever Allow Guest List Requests is on for your event, and if your event has no online releases yet, this is the only way fans can reach you, so it stays locked on. See Creating and Managing Your Event.

How to approve/deny a request for guest list on an event?

  1. Open the request tab within an event

  2. Click on pending request

  3. Click invite to event and choose a ticket type to assign

Open any request to approve or decline it. Approved guests land on your event guestlist with their party, ready to be admitted at the door. Booth requests received here connect to your booth setup for the night, covered in the Booths collection.
