Booths on your event

The Booths tab is your booth view for the night: your floor plan on one side, your bookings on the other. This article covers the essentials, and the Booths collection dives into the full setup.
Your floor plan
The right side of the tab shows your venue's floor plan, with a view for each level. Booth areas holding a package for this event are shown on the map, and these are the booths guests can book from your event's public page on Guest Line. Which packages are available on your event is set in Manage Event. See Creating and Managing Your Event.
The floor plan is live. When a booth request comes in, that booth area shows as Pending on the map until you action it, so you can see the state of your floor at a glance.
The floor plan can be created and edited from the Venue section in Guestii.
Your bookings
The left side lists every booth booking for the night. Filter by This event or Future events, and use search to find a specific booking.
How bookings come in?
Bookings land two ways:
Guest requests: guests request a booth from your event page on Guest Line, paying their deposit upfront. Requests arrive in your Requests tab showing the booth, package, party and payment summary, and you approve with Invite to Event. See Managing Requests
Manual bookings: tap Create booth to build a booking yourself, perfect for phone and walk-up reservations
Booth guests are auto-assigned a ticket type which is pre-selected in manage event
