Understanding the Event Page

Your event page has two jobs. Before the night, it's where you set your event up. On the night, it's your live control room, showing exactly what's happening at the door as it happens.

The event header

At the top of every event page you'll see the essentials: your event name, venue, date and times, and a live doors countdown. Events currently running show a LIVE badge.

From the header you can also:

  • View Profile Page: open your event's public page on Guest Line

  • Invite: add guests directly to your event

  • Manage Event: open your event settings

  • Promoter leaderboard: see which promoters are driving your numbers, tap the trophy icon

The five tabs

  • Dashboard: your live view. Invited, admitted and pre-purchased numbers, recent activity as it happens, revenue and sales channels. See Reading Your Live Dashboard

  • Guestiis: everyone on your event. Your full guestlist in one place. See Managing Your Event Guestlist

  • Team: who's working this event, from promoters to door staff. See Assigning Team Members to Events

  • Requests: guest list, booth and birthday requests waiting on your call. See Managing Requests

  • Booths: your floor map and booth bookings for the night. See Booths on Your Event

Set up once, or set up forever

If your event runs regularly, you don't need to rebuild it every week. Recurring events generate automatically on your schedule, carrying across all your event information and team invites. See Recurring and Pre-generated Events.
