The Dashboard is your event's live view. From the moment your event opens, every invite, admission and sale lands here in real time, so you always know exactly how your night is tracking.
The four numbers up top
Invited: everyone on your guestlist for this event, whether added by you, your team or your promoters
Admitted: guests who have been checked in at the door. This is your live room count from Guestii admissions
Pre-purchased: guests who bought tickets online before the night
Booths: booth requests received for this event
Each card shows a trend line underneath, so you can see how your numbers have built over time, including the shape of your door as the night runs.
Recent Activity
A live feed of everything happening on your event: guests added, admissions at the door, purchases and more, each stamped with who did it and when. Use the filter to narrow the feed to a specific activity type. If you're not at the venue, this is the closest thing to standing at the door.
Revenue
Your ticket revenue for this event, split two ways:
Pre-sale: online ticket sales made before the night
Tonight: sales processed on the night at the door
Tap Allocations to open the full revenue view. Up top you'll see your total and sales count, and you can break revenue down by ticket type or by payment method, showing sales, amount and share for each. Below that, Recent Transactions lists every individual sale on the event.
Sales Channels
Track where your online sales actually come from. Once your pixels are connected, Sales Channels shows sales tracked and your conversion rate from clicks, so you can see which marketing is filling your room rather than guessing. A full guide to setting up pixels is coming soon.
