Embedding Guest Line on Your Website

Your website shouldn't be a dead brochure. Embeds put your live Guest Line pages inside your own site, so your what's on page stays current automatically and your tickets sell where your brand lives.
The embed button is at the top right of the web-app to the left of your profile icon
The three embed types
Choose what to embed based on what the page needs to do:
Event page: the ticket page for one event. Use it when you're pushing a single night, like a launch or NYE, and want a dedicated landing page on your own domain
Venue or organiser profile: a profile listing all of its upcoming events. This is the set-and-forget option: embed it once on your what's on page and it updates itself every time you publish an event
Custom module: just part of a profile, like its event list, for when you want Guest Line content sitting inside your own page design rather than the full profile
Custom modules
Custom modules embed just the piece you need, so Guest Line functionality sits inside your own page design:
Event list: a responsive grid of a profile's upcoming events, nothing else. The cleanest what's on section you'll ever ship
Calendar module: the everything calendar. Tickets, booths, birthdays and guest list in one: guests pick a date, then book
Ticket calendar: just the ticket calendar. Pick a date and check out
Guest list calendar: just the guest list calendar. Pick a date and apply
Birthday calendar: just the birthday calendar. Pick a date and book a package
Booth calendar: just the booth calendar. Pick a date and reserve a booth
The single-purpose calendars are for pages with one job: a bookings page gets the booth calendar, a birthdays page gets the birthday calendar, and the guest journey starts from the date, which is how guests actually think when they're planning a night out.
Allowed websites
For security, your embeds only load on websites you've listed. Add the domain of every site where you'll paste embed code, and note that the list applies to all of your embeds, so it's one list for your whole account, not per embed.
Two details that save headaches:
Add www and non-www separately. yourvenue.com and www.yourvenue.com count as different domains, so list both versions of your site
Add your staging or preview domains too if your web team builds on a preview URL first, otherwise the embed won't load while they're testing
Getting your embed live
Choose your embed type, copy the embed code, and paste it into your website wherever you want it to appear. Any platform that accepts custom embed code works, including WordPress, Tilda, Squarespace, Wix and Framer.
Once live, the embed stays in sync with Guest Line automatically. Publish an event, and it's on your website. No double entry, ever.
