How to connect Square for Guestii Payments

Square allows you to take payments via Guestii Reception and add's valuable data

Before you start

You'll need:

  • A Square account (with your venue set up)

  • Admin access to Guestii

  • Your Square login details

Steps

1. Open the Guestii Organiser web app

2. Go to Connections tab (bottom on the left panel_

3. Find Square and click Connect

4. Log in to your Square account in the popup

5. Select the location you want to link (e.g. your venue name)

6. Authorise Guestii to access payments

7. Done, you'll see a green "Connected" status

What this unlocks

  • Take door payments through the Reception app

  • Walk-in revenue tracked automatically

  • Bar spend and entry data flows into guest profiles

Things to know

  • One Square location per venue

  • Payments process directly through your Square account, Guestii never holds funds

  • Disconnecting Square will stop new payments but won't delete past transaction da
