We have introduced the Tag/Ticket tab in the Guestii dashboard. This is the central place for event organisers to manage their tags and ticket types. When you create a ticket or a tag, once assigned to a venue it will automatically appear on every event.
Permanent Venue Tags
Previously, tags were created per event. Now, venue managers can create permanent tags directly in the Guestii web app.
What you can do
You can now:
Create tags once and reuse them across all events
Assign a name and colour to each tag
Choose which venues the tag applies to
We will show you how many guests have used this tag in the Tag Manager.
Once created, you will find the tags in the invitation module.
How to use it
Go to Tag Manager → Tags
Click the +Add Tag button
Input the name and select a colour and assign the venue(s)
Start tagging guests immediately when events are created

You can also edit/delete the tags, by hovering over and clicking the bin icon or pencil to edit.

Why it matters
This will help save organisers time from creating new tags every event and help also track and colour code the tags to help contribute to reporting.
Flexible Ticket Types
Ticket assignment has evolved beyond just Free or Paid.
You can now create multiple ticket types and reuse them across events and promoters.
What you can do
You can now:
Create ticket types with custom names and set the pricing
Choose whether each ticket type is free or paid
Assign ticket types to specific venues
Make ticket types available to promoters and the web app
Each time you create an event, these ticket types are ready to be assigned to promoters, each ticket type including ‘free’ has it’s own promoter limit. You can for example set limit for a promoter to have 10 discounted tickets, Unlimited General Admission and 3 free tickets.
How to use it

Go to Tag Manager → Ticket Types
Click + Add Ticket Type in the top right
Enter the ticket name
Set the price (if paid)
Assign it to venues by selecting the box
Use it when adding guests or assigning to promoters

Why it matters
Ticket types create consistency at the door, unlock accurate revenue attribution, and prepare Guestii for instant pricing at check-in with Square. Promoters now also unlock opportunity to have varied pricing for their lists.
