What is a Guestii Promoter?

Guestii Promoters are a user role designed to help Guestii Organisers drive more people through the door.

They can be artists, brands, reps, or anyone you trust to manage their own guestlist within your event. Each Guestii Promoter gets access to the Guestii mobile app, where they can invite both static (name/number only) and dynamic (full Guestii user) attendees. You can track who they’ve invited via your Guestii Event dashboard.

As the Organiser, you control how many invites each Promoter can send, from 0 to 10,000, ensuring the right level of access for each contributor.

Account owners and Event Managers can also assign Guestii’s to promoters during the invite selection, to help manage the promoters’ lists, if needed.

How to add a Promoter to your event?

After creating an event from the webapp, you can add promoters via the team section. It is important that you assign the correct limits to ensure your promoters are adding names correctly.

Steps

  1. Click into the event you want to add promoter to and navigate to the ‘Team’ tab

  2. Click the invite button and search for the promoter, click their name and then click the blue ‘Limits’ button

  3. You will be prompted with the module below, this can be done for multiple promoters. You can use the bulk actions tab at the top to apply settings across all selected promoters.

  4. Choose how many tickets you want to allocate to the promoter based on the ticket type, you can set all types to a certain number.
