What are Guestii Ratings?
Guestii Ratings allow organisers and team members to privately rate guests before, during, or after an event. These ratings help you track guest behaviour, reward regulars, flag issues, and maintain a high-quality crowd across all your events.


How it works:

  1. Any organiser, promoter, or approved team member can rate guests at any time, before the event starts, while the event is live, or after it ends.

  2. Ratings are stored privately and are never visible to guests.

  3. Each rating contributes to the guest’s overall Guestii Score, which builds over time and is visible only to your team.


Why use Guestii Ratings?

  • Flag guests who are consistently no-shows, problematic, or overuse +1s

  • Identify great attendees worth prioritising for future events

  • Build a reliable guestbase and reduce risk at the door

  • Use ratings alongside notes, tags, and CRM data to improve event planning


Who can leave ratings?

  • Organisers

  • Promoters

  • Team members (with access to the webapp or scanner app)

You can rate a guest directly from the Event Dashboard or their profile in the Guestii Webapp.
