What is a Guestii Promoter?

A Guestii Promoter is a trusted individual, like an artist, rep, brand partner, or ambassador, who is given permission to invite guests to your event using the Guestii app.

They’re not full organisers, but they have their own guestlist within your event and manage their invites independently from you.

What can a Guestii Promoter do?

Once added by an organiser, a Guestii Promoter can:

• Use the Guestii mobile app to invite guests

• Send either static invites (name and number only) or dynamic invites (full app experience with QR code)

• View their own list and track who’s accepted

• Manage +1s for each guest

• Use existing tags or create custom tags

• Set entry as Free or PAY

• Invite up to the limit you assign (anywhere from 0 to 10,000)

What can’t they do?

Guestii Promoters:

• Can’t see or edit other promoters’ guest lists

• Don’t have access to reports, organiser tools, or the full guestlist (they cannot duplicate invites)

• Can’t change limits or event settings
