Manage Requests in Guestii

Guestii Requests hosts all requests for guest list, booths and birthdays based on what you make available in your public facing Guest Line profile.

How to view your requests?

• Navigate to the Requests tab in Guestii. You will see a red not (notification) next to the bell if there is a pending request

• You can filter via pending, accepted or the different types; guest list, booth and birtday.

How to approve a guest list request?

• Click on the request, and then click invite

• Your default ticket type will be assigned but you can change it here and add a tag/plus one before approving and adding to event.

What does the guest request show?

• Event requested, party size, notes and plus one names.

• Any contact information that was part of the form; Name, DOB, Gender, Instagram, email.

• Within Guestii we will display the guests’ instagram profiles with profile pics, followers and recent posts to stop you from bouncing between apps!
