What is Guest Line?
Guest Line acts as the public facing layer of the Guestii ecosystem, it uses logic/data inputted into Guestii to perform as an app to enable promoters with invite/data capture and management capability whilst also serving as a public facing profile for your venue’s audience to request guest list, birthday or booth spots.
Why do I need to connect to Guest Line?
All of your promoters will use the Guest Line promoter app to invite guests to your nights.
Guest Line profile’s use logic such as venue, event name and time to display information to your guests.
Guest Line is the driver of the Guestii CRM. All data will come through Guest Line channels and integrate into your Guestii CRM.

How to connect to Guest Line?
Navigate to the Connections Tab
Click GuestLine, Connect.
You will be prompted to create an account, use your primary account holder email.
Verify and sign in via link in email and click Connect Guestii
Quick Guest Line Tips!
In the Profiles Section, edit the profile and add links like Instagram, Spotify/SoundCloud, edit the profile picture, add in a bio and make sure your brand stands true.
To optimise usage and guest data capture make sure to; link your venue profile in Instagram stories in the lead up to the event, communicate the benefits with your promoters and keep the profile link in your bio.
Make sure your events are recurring in Guestii to allow your Guests to RSVP up to 52 weeks in advance
