How to Send Invites from the App (Promoters)

Once you've been invited as a Guestii Promoter, you can start inviting guests directly from the Guestii mobile app.

Steps to send invites:

1. Open the Guestii app
   You’ll see all the events you’ve been added to as a promoter.

2. Select an event
   Tap the event you want to invite guests to from the dropdown, make sure event reads ‘Selected’

3. Tap the blue + button
   You can now:

   • Add in the guests name

   • To add multiple guests at once, seperate the names line by line.

4. Select ticket type, tags and/or plus ones
   Once you’ve added names:

   • Use the three buttons to assign plus ones or tags.

   • You will be designated ticket types and the organiser will determine your limits, based on this you can assign a ticket type to the guest.
