How to add names to the guestlist from organiser?

There are different ways to have guests added to your event lists; this can happen via Guest Line public or secret links, promoters (via Guest Line) or via the Guestii Web App.

Who can perform this action?

• Account Owners

• Venue Managers

• Event Managers/Residents

How to add names via the Guestii Organisers?

• Within the event page, navigate to the Guestiis tab and click ‘+ Invite’

• Enter full names into the textbox, line by line.

• The select all button is pre-selected

• Add your tags, ticket types, and plus ones

• You can also assign a promoter to the invite list from this module.

• Click Add Guests and the names will appear at Reception/Scanner.
