Managing Your Venues

The Venues section is home base for everywhere you run events: every venue on your account, each with its own Guest Line profile, floor plan and settings.

The Venues page

Your venues are listed with their address and total guest count. Click any venue to open its panel: events run, guests, and average guests per event up top, then upcoming events and the venue's contact info.

From here you can also:

  • Add New: create a new venue. See Creating and Editing a Venue

  • Edit: open any venue to update its profile, socials, settings or floor plan

  • Organiser Profile: edit your organiser-level profile on Guest Line, the one that represents your whole operation rather than a single venue. See Your Profiles on Guest Line

Venues and Residencies

The page is split into two tabs. Venues are your physical locations. Residencies cover events you run at venues you don't own, so touring nights and takeovers have a home too.

What hangs off a venue

A venue is more than an address in Guestii. Set at venue level, and flowing through everything you run there:

  • Guest Line profile: your venue's public page, where guests find your events and send requests. See Your Profiles on Guest Line

  • Floor plan and booth areas: the map your booth packages and bookings run on. See the Booths collection

  • Auto Approve Requests: automatically approve incoming Guest Line requests, so guest list requests skip the pending queue. See Managing Requests

  • Venue pixels: tracking that fires on your venue profile page. See Setting Up Your Pixels

  • Crews: promoter crews are per venue. See Promoters and Hosts
